GEF Incorporated is a mechanical contracting  company that specializes in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and sprinkler systems in Cebu.  It started operations in January 1982 holding office in Mandaue City, Cebu.  It has served a wide variety of industrial, commercial, residential clients, engineers and contractors nationwide.  Among these are banks, malls, commercial centers, department stores, hotels, restaurants, electronics and manufacturing companies, hospitals, export processing companies, and other establishments.

GEF Incorporated has been managed mainly by Engrs. Gilberto Ortega and Fiel B. Perez, after having gathered work experience and gained expertise in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning since 1970.
